Should this not be in the off topic/humour section.

when the A-Bar falls off I'm sure you'll have the mods move it to humour section Nine-tenths of wisdom is being wise in time.

Well what can I say………Fair play to yah BB
10 out of 10 for effort,
10 out of 10 for initiative
& 10 out of 10 for an entertaining, honest guide to fitting the A-Bar
Having fitted an A-Bar myself I can’t imagine doing it effectively one handed with the added encumbrance of a video camera, not to mind having to do a running commentary.
I’m glad to see that I wasn’t the only one to baulk at drilling Land Rover’s recommended 32mm holes in the bumper. I too got away with 20mm holes. Like you I’m thinking of if or when I may want to remove the bar & plug the holes.
Interesting to see that you feel you need the top brackets for the A-Bar, I didn’t bother fitting them to mine, as my A-Bar is absolutely rock solid without them. Granted if I were to fitted spot lamps, then I would use them, as I’d say they would be required to take out any shimmer in the lights.
I look forward to the next in the “BB LR Accessory Fitting Guides” series

Very nice to see a video demo,
I am to vehicle mechanics what cyril smith was to hang-gliding and wouldnt know how to get the grille and lights off, but a video makes me more confident about doing something like this.
Perhaps it might be a nice idea to have a stand alone mod and maintenance video section on this forum so the more skilled members can put how to videos on here. I have something to say! It's better to burn out... than to fade away!

Excellent stuff BB, just watched all three episodes.
[even TLO & TFC get a mention]
Likewise, this will now give me the confidence to remove the 'A' frame should I need to.
All credit to you.
If I could think of anything intelligent, poignant or witty, I'd put it here !!!

Great vids, but really not happy with your blatant advertising during the first video.
You do know they're not a sponsor, so you should add that there are other takeaway shops conainers that will be suitable and neither will invalidate your warranty........ How To ? - Change your Brake Disks Pads Shoes Sensors August 2011 NEW V1.6a
