7 Inch DVD System

Has anyone got or considered the Land Rover Roof mounted DVD player, it looks quite nice but at £1800 its a bit expensive, I have found who makes it and found suppliers on the net that sell the main unit for £650 but do you think you will be able to buy the plastic base that contours to the roof angle on its own from LR

I have a good picture if anyone wants to host it

If I were you I would see the system working first before parting with the cash!! - based on the fiasco that is the accessory kit Bluetooth phone system, I wouldn't have any great faith!! The dealer I use was installing the DVD kit for a customer but told me that they had endless problems as the kit they were sent was for a left hand drive car so they were having to wire everything in back to front!!! Laughing
