Now, having done this, that install looks very very well done.
Is this another 'kit' you'll be selling then?Bodsys Brake Bible

OMG....you lot don't actually think I did it?
Sorry to dissapoint but I haven't touched anything mechanical since I didn't loctite up the bolts properly on my alfasud driveshaft and they came undone smashing my gearbox casing!! Whoops.
A jolly nice chap called Paul who runs challenger 4x4 did it for me.
They're practically next door to my office in Tongham, so are handy.
The reason for them poking out a bit is purely down to my own personal taste..plus it stops the grill falling to pieces which is a bonus.
The grill was secondhand off fleabay so still have my original.
It was paul's idea for the rubber trim which finishes things off nicely.
They're bright!!
I'll take some more snaps of the intenals tomorrow.
Blagged the Ali angle from the guys that make our sill protectors so if anyone else wants some give me a shout.
All tips and tricks greatfully received from lots of posts on here particularly Chris Tyler and Bodsy Welcome "Lola"

How did they cut...??? Dremel?
I have talked to people to do it by laser-cutting but they think it will melt.
Also thought about Flow-cutting (water), but then they think the pressure is to high for the funny chape of the grill.
...
I don't know what to think, the only thing I know is that I have a second hand grill in the garage waiting to be cut.....just looking for the neatest way to do it...
And this one is very well done....amazing
