identifying diff lock

I am making up my list of pre delivery checks and was curious as to how you can tell at pickup time if the rear diff lock has been installed as there seem to be many variants and some errors in models for different countries.

Diff Lock

The only way I found to see if my Diff Lock had been fitted was to get under and you can see the accuator part of it on the top of the diff. There is a picture on my photos of it.

put it into rock crawl and take it round the dealer test track, the 4x4 display padlock icon on the rear diff should change to red as you move round

Photo of Accuator

I took the photo of the Diff Lock accuator, from just in front of the rear N/S wheel looking back over the top of the diff.
