| Disco 3 Door lock not working !! |

Hi there,
I have a D3 2006 basic 7 seat,
Yesterday the n/s/f door refused to unlock with the central locking ?
This morning i have removed the cap on the door handle to un lock it manually but the lock won't turn or release the door !
Has any one had any dealings with this problem before ??

I assume it's not frozen  Never get mad - get even !!
06 D3 now gone to family member and still going strong at 265k
previous vehicles:

Had this problem last year with the NSF door , had to open it using unlock button on dash, did it a few times after that but problem seems to have sorted (did soak all the lock mechanisam with silicone spray after the incident)
It also use to beep the horn when locking when this door lock wouldnt open?

Thank's for that !
This evening i tryed the interior unlock button and after a few times it decided to work !
But as you say the horn beeped once trying to lock the door with the remote but after soading the mechanism with light spray oil and working a few more times it seems ok?? Time will tell i suppose !!
