Don't know about wading at that depth, Ie. a quick dunking as you pass through, but it certainly does after a little time.
Mine came above the gear knob and filled the centre cubby box in about half an hour when submerged to a similar depth. 
The door seals are a lot better than earlier LR products but still not entirely waterproof. Clive
