| [Wanted] Official IPOD Connector |

I have a 05 SE that has the in dash 6 cd player and am looking to connect up my IPOD to it. From what I've read on the forum the official connector is no longer available but gives the best sound.
Does anyone have one for sale? I believe the part number is LR006792. Range Rover 3.9. Gone but fuel bills not forgotten

I used to have one, let me have a search around this evening to see if I can find it, I presume you are talking about the one that plugged in under the centre chubby box lid?

Hi Flipper, the part you're looking for if your SE is the same trim as mine is an Audio Control Module or ACM.
It's the one that plugs into the back of the radio and when gives you a USB and iPhone connector from the glove box. Pretty easy to fit once you figured out taking the Top glove box tray out.
The controls only work from the stealing wheel buttons.
I don't have one for sale but as far as I know you can still get them, plus they pop up on that auction site.
I got mine new a couple of years ago and the instructions were for fitting to a freelancer, discovery or RRS so a pretty universal bit of kit.
With mine, it came with the old style 30 pin apple plug. I fitted an adapter to the new lightning one but had no sound. For whatever reason it only works with the genuine apple adapter at 3 times the price.

Flipper - along with a load of other D3 stuff I've an ACM hidden in the garage somewhere. Pretty sure all parts are there so would you like me to dig it out? Happy to move it on!

Just as a add on to this post.
I recently acquired an ACM but with the wiring loom for the lowline lower level audio system. If anyone has a wiring loom for the Hi-Line system and wants to sell or exchange please let me know.
