Nokia e71 and incomplete address book sync

Hi, I have a Nokia e71 and the address book will not completely upload to my D4's system. Anybody any ideas? Other than that issue the phone works fine. Cheers.

You could have an issue with the location of the address book information in your phone. It can be stored either in the phone memory, or the SIM card, or both, dependent upon your particular phone set up parameters you have set. The car is looking at only one of these locations, (mine is the pnone memory, not the SIM card), so if you have different address book information in either of these two locations; this may be the reason. You can copy addresses from one location to the other, and this may overcome the problem. The worse you can do is end up with double entries, which you can delete anyway. Smile

Have a look in the phone memory first.
Cheers,
Geoff.
