|
I am thinking of replacing my 235 70 17 size tyres with 265 70 17 Grabber AT2 s and was wondering what problems i might come across or if they will fit alright.
Also what presure should i run them at if i do go for them.

They do fit ..and look very big
From new ..for about the first 1000 miles they will gently rub one place on the inner arches ...never wore through on mine ..but i think it only realy affected it in access height . G4 Gone ...but not forgotten

Is this a good size to fit on 17 inch rims or is there a better size AT tyre for 17's

I have 255 65 17s Cooper ATRs on my 17s which are really close to original rolling diameter but go for the 265 70s.
The AT2 or BFG ATs in that size seem to fit fine, perhaps with a bit of a rubbing issue but seemingly not something that would cause concern. They will also give a bit of extra sidewall height and clearance.
