| Two snorkels for Discovery 4 5.0 V8? |
|
Howdy group,
I was looking at a 5.0 V8 Discovery 4 (LR4 for those in the United States) and see that both sides of the fenders have functional air intake vents.
Does this mean that if a snorkel system is to be fitted to the D4 5.0 V8, this will mean a snorkel on BOTH sides of the vehicle?
It would look very very unusual, I would think. Anyone seen a twin snorkel setup on a D4 5.0?

The next American ex-pat that calls it a "truck" is going to find out what 2.7 tons feels like on their foot...

Yup two airboxes and no *fake* air intakes
No RAI according to accesory brochure
Quote:Raised Air Intake
Not compatible with 5.0L V8 gasoline models. Additional
parts are required for 3.0L TDV6 models. Please see your
Land Rover retailer for more information.
