Extended roof bars

Has any one got any photos and/or opinions of the extended roof bars that can be retro fitted.
I am picking my new Gs up next week and would like to fit roof bars but cant decide which to go for? Question

Fully Loaded...

Not so easy to see in this pic but the extended bars do look good on some of the colours - Nara Bronze in particular.

Also, for carrying these long kayaks (between 5.2 and 6.5m) they are a real help.

Available from your Land Rover dealer or, TLO I expect.

Not the cheapest bit of kit though.

They are a LR part. Ordered mine to be fitted by the dealer prior to delivery.
Cost about £320 if I remember correctly but was able to re-coup about £100 when I sold the standard bars.

Thanks for the heads on on the sale! Just bought a set from there today while the sale lasts. Hopefully they are fairly painless to install, that will be the weekend project.

Cheers,
Tony
