If anyone asked me what my dream job would involve,i would probably say - land rovers, and an enormous salary.
well today, one of those came true, as i just got an engineering apprenticeship with LR
so i will be the person to complain to (or thank) in 10 years time about the problems (or lack of...) with your discovery 6
i apologise for this being totally irrelevant, but i had to tell as many people as i could... D3 TDV8 HSE on order, Should Arrive 2017. If i'm lucky.

Karl - well done is the apprenticeship with a dealer or direct with LR?
if it's the former... I may know someone you can compare notes with TorqTune

Driving adventures
Please use the email button to contact me as I no longer read this forum - Thanks!

the apprenticeship is direct with LR at the engineering centre in coventry...
i dont know which department it'll be but i'm hoping to end up in testing... i can't think of anything better than riding around in pre production landies as part of a job! D3 TDV8 HSE on order, Should Arrive 2017. If i'm lucky.

Hi Karl - congratulations
I really really really really really really really really really really wanted to apply to LR for their Graduate Placement Scheme (engineering) but for whatever reason they never even interviewed anybody this year, for any positions
LR, Jaguar and Aston Martin took on no graduates this year through their schemes
Still, they've lost me now
All the best at LR - let us know how you get on
