I'VE said it before and I'll say it again. Anyone who drives a 4x4 in a town is either brain dead or selfish and probably both. They are plug-ugly cars for plug-ugly people. This week in Edinburgh, I came across the real motorised pits - an elongated and extended pink Hummer. It might be okay in Texas, but not in Tollcross. As we can't run them off the roads, they have to be priced out of existence. So let's go for the full bhuna. Don't just bump their road tax up to a piddling £1800, but make it illegal for them to be driven within two miles of any school or above 20mph anywhere, and only let out between the hours of 1.00am and 5.00am
