Great Christmas present and a good way to run it in; enjoy the trip (lucky it wasn't Truro LR)!

Thats why it was closed? Shocked Ouch! Neutral

Home now, good god what a car! Was a shame I had to drive the Defender from Aberdeen Airport to home. Laughing I'll get dad to deliever the full report when he finally gets home.

No, couldnt add anyone to the 7 days LR insurance! Just have to wait till the 28th for my free half day in a D4! Oh, and Yeovil gave us a free half day as well, so we went for a Full Fat just for fun! Thumbs Up

What an awesome piece of kit Shocked
I thought the D3 was good but the D4 leaves you trying to workout why you would ever buy a FFRR.
Done 625 miles at av 36.2 mpg, drove it all day and sooooooooooo comfortable, no fatigue whatso ever.
Now it's back in snowy Scotland will see how it handles the snow and work out its limits.
From permafrost to permagrin Wink
Thanks to all at Yeovil Land Rover, especialy Ben and Hayley and TLO for sorting out the dog guard Bow down
and the bonus is the FBH actualy works Thumbs Up
Who needs to RTFM my 'co-pilot' was occupied nearly all the way back trying working out how everything works
forget RSE, just give 'em the manual.
Mind you he couldn't get my HTC HD2 to work thru' the car............fail!!! Rolling with laughter

Maverick,

Great car. Looks like the population of SG D4's will be rocketing in Aberdeen as I collect mine on Monday!!

Will keep an eye out for you. Mine will have my plate on it so should be an easy spot!

Enjoy the new wagon!
