It's probably not a GS as it's LHD 
Being an export model, it's probably a SE or maybe even a HSE (lots of them were fitted with 18" wheels outside of the UK market).
Judging from the shiny bits in the interior it must be a =>MY07 model

Nope, the plate is yellow, Belgium has white background.
But the youtube says Colombia so that kinda gives it away.
