Does anyone else use MM on ipad?
I tried to use mine for the first time last weekend and it wanted to connect to the internet every time I hit the GPS locate button - made it useless as I had no connection.
Edit: I'm trying to use an iPad2 - GPS seems to work fine for Apple's map app D4 HSE, Active Rear Diff, surround cameras, adaptive xenons, heated steering wheel, TPMS, remote park heating, centre console cooler box

Slightly OT, as I don't want to start a new thread.
I just ordered from the Apple store last night - an ipad 2, 16gb wifi.
[only costing me £299 btw ]
I didn't get the 3g version because I'd seldom use it and because of my phones capabilities ???
My HTC Desire HD is supposed to act as a 'hot spot' for a laptop etc
So I'm taking it that I can get 3g on my ipad via my HTC - am I correct ?
If I could think of anything intelligent, poignant or witty, I'd put it here !!!

I've done it from an iPhone; I believe it's a universal standard so you shouldn't have any problems. D4 HSE, Active Rear Diff, surround cameras, adaptive xenons, heated steering wheel, TPMS, remote park heating, centre console cooler box

Yes - I use my Desire HD as a wifi hotspot for both my laptop and/or CarPC all the time. 2006 Discovery 3 TDV6 SE Auto Buckingham Blue
