maybe you two have something there! could we start a 'Ken you can f*** off as far as I'm concerned!' petition and have it hand delivered in something particularly dirty and inefficient: London Taxi, Bus, scud missile or similar?
how many names do you reckon we'd get on it? nothing worthwhile or constructive in it I know but who cares? and theeeeennn......???

A couple of the photo's could be a little misleading. The Mk5 Golf has some serious flaws in frontal impacts with SUV's. The most sympathetic would be XC90 as it has a frontal 'trigger' bar to help occupants of other smaller vehicles in a frontal impact. Mk5 Golf has been engineered for pedestrain safety to the point that low stike points lead to SUV's riding over the top if it.
We have to protect pedestrians or occupants, it's impossible to develop a car which can be class leading for both. But I spend my life trying to find the answer so, when I do, I'll buy everyone a pint and a mantec sump guard!!!
