I am mid way trying to repair my broken cigarette lighter flap and sticky ash tray.
I have a new face plate and ashtray (FKH100430LPR) from TLO
I thought I'd need to swap in the 12v and cigarette lighter from my old one. No problem with the 12v but the I can't get the lighter socket to move.
Any ideas??

The 12v socket, ashtray and cig. lighter socket is all one module. You'd need to remove the 'H' trim and the centre console trim to remove the tray beneath the sockets/ashtray before it will come out

Thanks Nick
I'd got the old face plate and ashtray out (removing the H trim and the centre console) but the new unit does not include the cigarette lighter. I thought this swap would be easy - the 12v socket just pops out.
Success now - there are two lugs that fix the green bezel to the silver lighter mechanism. Releasing these - they are really stiff - allows the two pieces to be separated, taken out and then re-fixed in the new face plate.
Happy now! bb

I thought the part number was FKB500050WBQ for this?
You've listed FKH100430LPR as the part you purchased?

That's the part number our guru TLO quoted.
He was spot on as usual!
