Ahh he answered. I still think it's the spare though. I think he thought I meant the wheel arc. My mini defender (work in progress)

play it back in slow (stopping /starting ) over several times it looks like front wheel arch trim, the back just sits right down and the wheel is the spare, the write up states wheels are OK just left shock absorber
