Just needs cleaning and the window tints done however due to the incompetence of the insurance company it doesn't look like I will get it before next Wednesday

Sooo jealous,,,, it looks great...
In regards to the insurance Land Rover are offering 7 days free insurance, can you not use this service? It can be used for taxing and get you on the road a week earlier If it ain't broke... Take it apart anyway, how else you gonna find out how it works

Thanks guys, Grunders I didn't know about Land Rover offering 7 days free insurance I'll be on the phone to the dealers first thing this morning to find out more.

Well got in touch with the dealer who said yes you can use the 7 day free insurance and gave me the phone number and dealer code needed to ring Aviva who provide the cover.
Rang them this morning and 'Kevin' in Mumbai or where ever  says there isn't a Discovery 4 3.0 SDV6 on the computer therefore it doesn't exist, they only have the TDV6 so they can't provide the free 7 day cover  . Annoying thing was I had to spell everything and I mean everything. He said to me "and how are you spelling Land Rover" slightly annoyed by now I replied the same  way as everyone else on the planet!
Salesman is trying to sort it out now.

Get your dealer to sort this 7 day free insurance out for you ..... mine did. If I could think of anything intelligent, poignant or witty, I'd put it here !!!

Well I've had the car a couple of days and can't get the smile off my face when driving it Finding myself making excuses to go out for a drive  I had a Nissan Pathfinder before this which at the time I thought was a really nice car but after having driven this for a few days the Pathfinder seemed very tractor like in comparison

I love the colour also I nearly asked the dealer if I could change colour just after I had ordered it but I'm glad I didn't now.
promitheus the interior is Ebony, I'll try and get some shots up in the next day or two.
Just fitted my RLD spare wheel protector and have ordered a RLD sump gaurd in black so hopefully that should be here some time next week.
