wash/wipe - help!

wash/wipe - help!

I'm sure that - having done a screen wash & wipe - the wipers used to pause and then do an extra wipe? Or did I dream it??

If I am right, how have I turned it off? TBH the wiper stalk is too confusing...especially as I usually just leave it on auto.

they do on mine It is better to have and not need it then need and not have it.
