Haha, sadly I don't think the Disco will ever drive as nice as the Q7, no matter how many additions I add
I seriously couldn't justify a new set of tyres every 10K miles at £1200 a set, so opted for something slightly less refined, but with 7 seats for all the kids the missus thinks we're going to have in the next three years (before it's swapped for something else)
Must admit, the white does look good, but I couldn't afford the time to clean it every other day; and the black, well, I'm going to be real honest, the shiny black additions on the grill, mirrors and side vents, etc... paired with the matt blank A pillar covers and roof line, made it look a bit like a boy-racer 'retrofit' extra's you maybe still see on a 1991 Citroen Saxo - no offence to anyone who has one, but I think LR could've polished it up a little more.
Wiggs, just to clarify, I have the LED signature lights with Halogen Projector main beam; if I go for the 'Canadian' look, both the LED's and main beam will be on at all times whilst in R,N and D, and you can't restrict it to just the LED's, e.g. sidelights?

Yes it was Adrian, but obviously not picked up by others ....
... otherwise they wouldn't be asking the question.
That's the reason I posted my enbolded comment. If I could think of anything intelligent, poignant or witty, I'd put it here !!!

I love my proper coloured "Landmark" ,tbh I must be a boy racer at heart then because it was the "Black Stealth" look that sold it to me

If you simply want the LED's on, isn't it easier to just turn on the side lights? They're not really bright enough to use as DRL's anyway. Now if someone could work out how to make them brighter?

I expect the LED's are hard soldered into the headlamp modules, so probably not; but saying that, those Ho want brighter could just upgrade to the Xenon units, much higher cost, but my predicament is that I bought this for the missus, mainly for the school-run, and although I chose the colour (Grey, to avoid cleaning daily), I can imagine it's quite difficult to see in certain lights/conditions.
Why LR couldn't just enable DLR's on all models I don't know?!
I've taken it up with my dealer and he's got a LR big-wig visit next week, so is going to question it with him. As far as I'm concerned, I read the Landmark literature and it said it came with Xenons, DLR's, no sunroof, but I could add a tow bar; so why did they drop these in the end?!

Haha... Black slagger aye?
No offence to Orkney guys but I do think that the black on those looks like an afterthought!
I too thought initially that the Landmark was a bit OTT, but due to the wheels ... Now none Landmarks look a bit plain to me.
Each to their own, peoples opinions are not necessarily the truth. No offence to anyone
1991 Saxo??... did you own a Q7??.. A Saxo owners wet dream This new variant brings a fresh, more contemporary sense of design to the latest Discovery 4 line-up. Both the Black and White models blend high-end interiors with bold, contemporary colour schemes, giving the Discovery 4 a more upmarket look. In keeping with the core appeal of the Discovery 4, this Limited Edition offers on-road refinement to match most executive saloons, the versatility of a large people carrier and unrivalled off-road capability.

On the LED note... funny little quirk that no one would normally find?
With the engine running, lights out, the LED's flicker about once a minute as if a spurious current is running around...
Reason I found out..... Snowdonia, No light pollution, Pitch Black, caught short! This new variant brings a fresh, more contemporary sense of design to the latest Discovery 4 line-up.
