One of the trims/panels by the left foot rest is flopping.
Any idea how to remove the trim or rectify it?

Not bother to bring it back to the dealer as it might come back with more problems!
Any help or pictures would be appreciated.

Assuming the D4 hasn't changed that bit from the D3 (and it looks the same) there should be a plastic tab on the back of it with a metal clip on it, chances are the metal clip has come off and is floating around behind there somewhere (if not they're v. cheap from TLO or another dealer), it's flexible enough to pull out to take a look. If you want to remove the whole thing just undo the two screws (a couple of turns, they don't come all the way out) at the front of the panel above the pedals and pull it out Club Small Signature; Ignore the length, enjoy the girth

Does removing that panel allow you access to the 12v socket cables?

As it turned out I did not have to remove the whole trim.
Hence I could not see any electric behind that panel.
