which side of car is reciever module for remote timed climate?
have bought the goodies to add this as a further option.
i understand it is in the rear so rear side cards to come off but which side and is the loom conncetion easily identifiable?
thanks for any help

Pete did mine as well (on the offside) but he had to take the inside trim off to find the wire as it was tucked well back

Does other end of antenna lead (purple end) get plugged into anything?
Also going to do a search but do I have programme the remote to the receiver? D4 XS

The antenna needs to be plugged in the reciever
The remote needs to be paired ....remove top right fuse from battery fuse box ...for 5 seconds .
put it back in and hold the off button on the remote at the same time G4 Gone ...but not forgotten

antenna has a beige end that plugs into the reciever but at the other end there is a purple plug like the beige one?
plugged in and paired and works fine from a distance but just wondered if purple plug end went anywhere?! have snaked the antenna lead up D pillar. D4 XS

dunno ..the antennas i use only have the beige connector
have you got any pics ..or a part number for the antenna your using G4 Gone ...but not forgotten

Doh! new I should have taken a pic before putting car back together!
part number as per TLO's invoice is
LLR021140 "wiring heater"
I was wondering if it plugged into back row aerial screens or the roof bump for improved reception? works a treat at fairly far distance just tucked up there
bring on the cold!! D4 XS

looks like part number LR016181 has been replaced with this new type.
maybe there is an additioanl part to plug it into or it may tap into an existing point.
either way it works fine just tucked up in roof lining for anyone who adds remote timed cliamte from now on D4 XS
