Check the pressures, they may be too low.
I'd expect better mpg from new ATR's than from knackered Zero's. D3 number 3: 08 TDV6 SE Stormygrey /owlpacker
Evoque. Gone. Prefer the Disco. D4 next??

I expected better mileage on the new tyres!

I average 29.6 which is 50% town and 50% open road based on 26 miles a day in auto with the SDV6. If I switch to manual figure increases. On my old FL2 worst was 8mpg at Tong up best 48.8mpg from Bedford to Leeds and back doing a similar driving style to Clarkson when he did London to Edinburgh and back on a tank!!
