I am hopefully going to pick up my d3 tomorrow, been told this is delayed due to them having issues with bolts in arms.
Is it normal for a 5 year old vehicle to have these bushes replaced?
What else should i look for when they have done this, can anything be broken, damaged when this is done?
Thanks in advance

I had my bushes done 3 times in 100k so it's not uncommon. As long as they are doing them properly then all should be . Hope you enjoy it Club Exped trailer

Yeah I have to admit having bolts in your arms must be really sore and make the mechanics work very very difficult
Sorry I simply couldn't resist, welcome to the forum and I hope you have many many great journeys in your D3

Thanks, got it on Friday early evening, and it was packed and ready to go to Brands hatch as a tow vehicle for the race car, it pulled the trailer and car no probs, but did notice excessive black smoke on any slight incline, so I guess the EGR valves need looking at, also realised one key fob does not seam to work and when I got home, unloaded the car/trailer and parked up the disco, and noticed a new symbol on the dash, the one thats amber and stating my suspension is faulty, so at some time it will be back to the dealer for a snag list.
Lovely to drive though

Don't forget, when you get all the niggles sorted out by your dealer, you'll have to learn to wash it yourself. For the first 9 months of ownership, I never washed mine as it was continually in and out of the dealers and always came back clean (on one occasion, I was so embarrassed by the state of the interior that they cleaned nicely, I took the valeting guys a big pack of biscuits...) .
It's only been washed a few times since then. Club ATR

well just to update, did another 100 or so miles in it yesterday (the suspension fault light is gone, no ideas if the bulb has blown or the pixies fixed the issue overnight.)
Got a foglight kit to fit this weekend
