| Replacing the tailgate suspension cable |

Probably not the correct term for this, but the plastic coated cable that supports the lower tailgate is what I'm talking about! Just noticed that I have a functioning one on the left, just a sub on the right where it's broken off. Anyone ever replaced this and if so a big or expensive job?

Awe nice one mate that explains it perfectly, and a cheap fix too! Hope not to have too many of the expensive and complicated ones though!
