Heavy duty booster jump start Unit

Advice please on possible purchase of a 'Heavy duty booster jump start Unit.'
1) Buy one , or
2) Fit a 2nd heavy duty battery with 'dual charging' & isolation system?
3) If Buy one - what spec ? [Any Best buys? I have an RAC900 Tyre pump so don't need that part as an add on.]
4) Any precautions when using a Booster, I've heard that they can harm ECUs if particular procedures are not followed?
Many thanks.

I put a T-Max dual battery kit in (£80) and it comes complete with a system for linking both batteries.

Excellent piece of kit and a doddle to fit.

I have the National Luna system, but it operates in a very similar manner to the T-max ...

Oldham is not far from me - so may D1 over there to collect, and try an offer F2F as per your suggestion.
I used to work for Chloride-Electric / Exide at Dagenham Dock, in the shadow of Ford. That was when the BR Main line out of Fenchurch St was 'Third rail' Shocked Thud
