Thanks for the explanation.

I assume the wobble will stay, unless i change the discs?

Sounds like going the cheaper route has backed fired on me!!

Thanks again

thats what I ended up having to do - I brought britpart discs, big mistake - ended up getting genuine ones from TLO, wobble immediately gone after changing just the disc (kept the same pads, as les than 1000 miles on them)

Did you change all the discs or just the front?

Try taking the disks off and making sure the surface between the disk and hub is clean and free of grease, particularly copper grease, replace the disks in opposite holes they came out of.
Another problem with none oem brake parts can be squeezing when braking, I have always fitted none oem.
 It can when others can't,
It will when others won't,
It goes where others don't.

Worth trying all the optins above first, but it sounds like a case of warped discs. I had this years ago with a Volvo 760. I fitted discs that I got from Euro Car Parts and it immediatley developed the same symptoms as yours. I checked the disc run out with a DTI and found the figure exceeded the max permissable from Volvo. Euro replaced the discs and again, with the replacements fitted, the problem remained. I returned them and bought a set of genuine Volvo discs (ouch) Shocked However that was the end of the problem.

Some parts on a car I would always recommend fitting genuine parts, brakes being one of them, along with filters, clutch assembly etc etc. If you compare for example, a genuine oil filter with a pattern part, the genuine one is always heavier and feels more "substantial" same with discs. Thumbs Up
