Hi,
Unfortunately, the codes you have given are missing the last digits
There appear to be 4 codes that start B1A00** and 7 codes starting with U3000**
I've listed all below, but without the last 2 digits, you won't know which DTC's are actually specific to you, Personally I would start by confirming the batetry voltage is within limits, and that any wirng connections are secure etc, try clearing teh DTC's nad then see what pops back up . . . . good luck
B1A0041
Control module
•Telephone control module flash read only memory (ROM) fault, general checksum failure
Clear the DTC and retest. If the DTC resets, renew the TEL control module Refer to the warranty policy and procedures manual if a module is suspect.
B1A0044
Control module
•Telephone control module random access memory (RAM) fault, data memory failure
Clear the DTC and retest. If the DTC resets, renew the TEL control module Refer to the warranty policy and procedures manual if a module is suspect.

Check the power and ground circuits to the component. Refer to the electrical guides. Refer to the warranty policy and procedures manual if a module is suspect.
U300044
Control module
•Base plate module (BPM) RAM fault (data memory failure leading to possible corrupt local configuration file)
Configure the module using the approved diagnostic system and download the local configuration file. Clear the DTC and retest. If the problem persists, renew the BPM. Refer to the warranty policy and procedures manual if a module is suspect.
U300045
Control module
•Base plate module (BPM) ROM fault (data memory failure leading to possible corrupt local configuration file)
Configure the module using the approved diagnostic system and download the local configuration file. Clear the DTC and retest. If the problem persists, renew the BPM. Refer to the warranty policy and procedures manual if a module is suspect.
U300054
Control module
•MOST not configured correctly - incorrect voice language installed

Control module
•One or more of the received car configuration file (CCF) data parameters is deemed to be invalid
Configure the module using the approved diagnostic system.
U300316
Battery Voltage
•Battery voltage below threshold
Check vehicle battery and charging system. Refer to the relevant section in the workshop manual. Refer to the electrical guides and check the power supply circuits to the module.
U300317
Battery Voltage
•Battery voltage above threshold
Check vehicle battery and charging system. Refer to the relevant section in the workshop manual. Refer to the electrical guides and check the power supply circuits to the module. Never get mad - get even !!
