Sorry been off line for a bit. Aylmer Motors in Hertfordshire gave me a great price as mentioned previously. But as others have stated it is a little dependant on how well the job goes and how many man hours it needs. I think with the full 105k service it will be circa £700.00 all in if not a bit less.

Mine is also due in a couple of months... Asked at Hatfields and was quoted £900 
Looking around for a cheaper quote.
What is the definative 'list' of what needs replacing
'A' service plus
Timing belt
Pump belt
Aux belt

just been quoted £980 from my indie  cant believe this can be right.
anyone had a sensible quote in hampshire area from a reliable source i would appreciate the details
the stratstone prices seem more realistic smoooooth steering wheel upgrade , wiggs D4 bluetooth upgrade
nav on move , auto handbrake release on an 05 manual !!!
3 flash indicators ,roof mounted dvd player, 4X4 info, xenons ,
LED side and interior lamp upgrade, side steps , new battery alternator and compressor "slimey front end" with headlight mod D4 rear lights ,the big service !!
oh and Adriatic beautiful blue

stratstones in slough £599 so worth the 125 mile round trip although offer supposed to be ending in april / may

Hi.
Just called Millenniumin Croydon and they have quoted me £700 inc VAT, which would be for the full 105k service and included all 3 belts....
My car is 7 this year and I have only covered 45000....shame I can't wait another 7 years before this big service, but that's life I guss!

apparently the stratstones offer is at any of their branches so could be worth checking if they are local to you and save yourself £100 smoooooth steering wheel upgrade , wiggs D4 bluetooth upgrade

Hi People
I went in to our local Stratstone in Perth to-day, and low and behold if you have the belts and tensioner done, it is £399.00 including VAT and loan car (Freelander 2), if you include the 105,000 service it will be £599.00 I have booked my Disco 3 in although it is not near 105,000 and is not seven years old until November this year, great value for money IMHO.

My Stratstone (Wolverhampton) quoted me £799 inc vat today so they are not all the same  Formerly shiny moose

As Far as I am lead to believe all Stratstone outlets should offer this deal, the service guy showed me the copy of the e-mail that instigated the offer, I would go back and challenge the price given.

That is a very good price,exactly what my Indy quoted me (Nov 2011)........maybe Strats are trying a bit harder after the demise of their Edinburgh branch ? Personally I'm always ready to learn, although I do not always like being taught.

Got mine booked in next Tuesday at Elliot Engineering www.elliottengineeringlandrover.co.uk for belts and tensioners £400 inc vat and coutesy Freelander For full 105k service and belts is around £635 inc vat
