Sarcasm, I love it.
Just asking, a lot on here have different countries displayed from the one they are actually in.

the NFU deal should be available from any dealer - it works by Land Rover crediting the relevant sum against the dealer purchase invoice, so that the only cost to the dealer is a bit of admin. (they have similar arrangement with Volvo)
You have to be a farmer/grower member - the cheapest version of which is £194.40 (£162+VAT) - I think we declared 1 acre (do live on my father in law's 90 acre farm, which helps! One of our cows is now in the freezer, we have hens and my wife grows lots of veg. Oh, and my dog had puppies). Worth mentioning that the F&G membership pays for itself in reduced home and car insurance before any car purchasing discounts
You have to have membership for 3 months before getting a voucher. Once the car is purchased, you have to keep for a certain minimum period (12 months or more) with the same name on the registration document
If you look at the Ripon broker Direct Dealer (mentioned elsewhere on here) they show the prices before and after the NFU discount, so it is possible to get a discount plus NFU discount
For some dealers not to be honouring the NFU vouchers sounds a bit funny - any NFU members troubled by this should probably take up with the NFU I guess!

Things have changed then at the NFU - when I got my 5% discount back in Nov '09 I had joined the NFU as a normal member simply to avail of the discount
I turned £50 (NFU fee) into £3,000 discount, and due to a computer foul-up at Stratstone I got my Premium Navigation add-on plus other bits for free! 59 D4 XS (2.7 TDV6 6 speed Manual) Commercial (UK spec) with extras such as Premium Navigation.

Just come back from test drive in new D4, NFU discount is available, 5% on HSE, 4% on XS, non on GS.
Offered free mats, full tank of fuel and some other token add ons, that is for factory order, maybe different if one already in stock and due for payment ?

Not sure if this helps, but I bought a brand new MY12 HSE just before Xmas for £49,995, it has privacy, surround camera, heated wheel, full size spare, tow bar and 20 inch wheels. Originally up for £55,995.
