just popped a set of valeo xtr things on, gone from very noisy and worn out originals to these, very quiet they even have a indicator to tell when the are too old.

Fitted two 22inch Valeo X-TRM flat wiper blade £30 per pair on flee bay, they are SO Quiet. Thumbs Up

Not seen an indicator do dah though, did the manly thing though, binned the destructions.

On the ones i fitted they had a small plastic tab to peel off near the mounting point, this faces up when fitted and turns yellow when too old. You can just about make out the square if you look along the length of the wiper.

I adjusted the angle of the arm (by slightly bending them first one way, which made them worse, then the other - as suggested in earlier post).
Worked a treat.
Such a simple thing!

It's the flat bit near the end of the arm, just before where the blade fits on, about the last 30mm.
I posted a picture halfway down the first page, it needs twisting rather than bending.

Yep, twisting is a better work than bending!
Either bend towards the bonnet, or towards the glass.
 ..so what can I fiddle with today that ain't broken ...?
