Disco dominates Iphone

Disco 3 with bluetooth phone factory fit coupled to Apple I Phone 3. As soon as I unlock the car the car dominates the phone and am unable to answer on handset even when I'm meters away from the car with phone in pocket. Anyone any ideas getting quite frustrating.

Does it all the time as soon as you wake the car up.
You can switch the audio source on the phone easy enough though of your part way through a call when you do it.

Dunno about the iPhone 3. I've an iPhone 4 and the phone offers the choice of handset or car-kit for an incoming call.

Problem I always had with the weird way LR do BT is I'm on the mobile (any mobile, not just iPhone) in the house & SWMBO goes to get something from the D3, immediately cutting me off in my prime!! It's a LR thing, if Carlsberg did BT systems, they wouldn't do it the LR way.

Upgrading to the Disco 4 bluetooth module solves the problem.

I do not know if the software update that Wiggs offers does the same.

2005 Discovery 3 TDV6 SE Manual Adriatic BlueDiscovery 3

Ive got the wiggs d4 module and an i pnone 3 gs and only need 1 tap to select either audio source on a similar vein a frustration i have with the aysten is if it dosent pick up my phone first time you cant seem to pair it manually without a complete re boot of the system even a quick ignition off and on dosent do it. System seems to get a bit confused when swapping from my phone to the swmbos .
smoooooth steering wheel upgrade , wiggs D4 bluetooth upgrade
nav on move , auto handbrake release on an 05 manual !!!
3 flash indicators ,roof mounted dvd player, 4X4 info, xenons ,
LED side and interior lamp upgrade, side steps , new battery alternator and compressor "slimey front end" with headlight mod D4 rear lights ,the big service !!
oh and Adriatic beautiful blue
