Niggles on new, to my daughter, D3

My daughter has just bought a 2007 D3, really nice car but with a few niggles I can not resolve. The courtesy lights work but dont come on when doors are opened. When the key fob is pressed once it unlocks the drivers door, as expected, a second push unlocks the rear doors and boot, but it takes a third push to unlock the passenger door. Any ideas greatfully received.

With the locking, try resetting the locking sequence in the user set up, accessed on the display when the car is stationary on the end of the indicator stalk, reset it to open on one press and see if it makes any difference, if this doesn't work there may be a fault
If it ain't broke... Take it apart anyway, how else you gonna find out how it works

Hold the lock and unlock button on the remote for 3 seconds .

That should unlock all the doors when you press the unlock button . If the passenger door still does not unlock with the rest ... Then there is a fault .

Lights ... As said .. Press the middle button on the front light cluster ... You need to keep it held until the interior light flashes and the instrument Cluster says interior lights on auto

Sorted.

Many thanks for replys. Lights sorted, held button until lights flashed, all now ok. Door lock appears to be a 'lazey' mechanism. If I sit in the car and lock and unlock it, the passenger front door catch tries to move, so must be getting supply, but just cant make it all the way. Had this on my Puma and the mechanism was stuck up, needed cleaning and lubricating and was ok, so will try that. Thanks again all. Thumbs Up
