Plus if too many cars start being exempt from road tax they'll change the rules... like they always do!
Apparently 90g/km emissions and around 50mpg......uses electric power up to 30mph..... 59 D4 XS (2.7 TDV6 6 speed Manual) Commercial (UK spec) with extras such as Premium Navigation.

I bet the real world economics never stack up. Nissan Leaf is about £25K, a hybrid D4 HSE will be north of £70k. £20k buys a lot of diesel and the hybrid batteries are good for 20 miles range and about 3 years service.
