Was looking into possibility of using it as a little storage place Range Rover Sport the good looking one Gone

It comes off easily, the only slightly difficult bit being removing the restraints, but I wouldn't bother. I was on the same hunt for some storage space, in particular somewhere to keep an umbrella and had a plan for a tube set inside the tailgate into which I could slip an umbrella a la Rolls Royce. However you will find it is full of loud speaker (see photo) and there isn't an inch to spare. Ho hum. Dave
