AUX setting on head unit = 10% output from right speakers…

AUX setting on head unit = 10% output from right speakers….

Radio: 100% output from all speakers
CD: 100% output from all speakers
AUX: almost no output from right speakers.  When balance setting is turned to left, sound is normal. When turned to right, only 10% of sound comes out.

I have tried four (4) different AUX lead cords, two (2) different iPods, iPhone, and iPad.  All result in same low volume on right speakers.  Dealer has put in a new AUX panel behind the armrest cubby and same result, low output on right speakers.  Dealer now says they would like to put a new head unit in to see if that solves the issue.  I’m not privy to the way the D3 head unit works, it is possible that the amp for the AUX setting is separate or could have blown but still leave the radio and CD operating normally? Thought I’d ask here prior to dealer opening up the dash to see if anyone has any ideas.

D3 been at the dealers for 1 week. They've replaced the "module" between the AUX port on back of cubby and the head unit it didn't solve the issue. They've also tried 3 different head units all different spec to no avail. I asked them to reach out to LR engineering to see if they have any ideas. Dealer wants to try a 4th head unit on Monday.

Any ideas? Could it be related to a blown amp somehow?
