Hi
Webasto will not start, deleted all faults with webasto diagnostics tools, all individual parts tested o.k. and got 'flame detected' for about 15-20 seconds before it switches off, and goes in 'interlocked' state and got the 02h fault code.
Tried about 5 times with fuel prime and added diesel cleaner. When I got a 'flame detected' it starts smoking besides the webasto so I am guessing the burn chamber is shot. Best way to find is to take it apart, but I need some preparing, is there a manual available on the net? It's a thermo top V.
Thanks. www.skienklinikk.no

Thanks Martin. As I understood from the Norwegian forum it shouldn't be too big a job... One way to find out, it doesn't work now so what possibly could go wrong..? www.skienklinikk.no

Well. You could remove it, leave the fuel pipe dripping and have a huge under-bonnet fire. Or you could goose the ECU and cause the car to shut down altogether in protest...
Best of luck... I gave up and had a new one. Graham

Expensive though. £1400 it cost, fitted for my Full Fat.
If you can get it out, these guys offer a refurbishment service:
