Vibration after 105k service

Just had my 105k mile service done and it seems to be running ok, however I do seem to be feeling a vibration, mostly through the pedals. I'm sure I don't remember it before the service, I even had a 30 mile drive to take it in and didn't notice anything, but within a few miles of getting it back I started feeling it and after 15 miles or so it almost makes my right foot feel a little numb.

Am I imagining it, is it possible if the cambelt were one tooth out that it would cause this whilst still appearing to run ok???? I did find it a little strange that the battery hadn't been disconnected (odometer was still reading 190 miles or so), should the starter motor not be removed to lock the flywheel?

I can't see the relation, but that's exactly the sensation I got when a front wheel bearing was past its best. Droning and vibration in the floor/pedals.
