so should I be OK if I spec a LR sumpguard for my new D4?.
I'm concerned with this new vehicle there may be hassles down the road with servicing/maintenance/warranty claims
if I I choose not to get the LR part.
I need it as I'm on rocky farmers tracks, tricky hillsides, and deep rutted fields with the odd lump of surprise embedded, and have experience of, when I'm out and about. May even be doing a bit of gentle greenlaning and pay-and-play ...

don't see warranty being an issue regardless of what make of guard you use, it won't lead to component failure unless you whack something hard. And if you do the warranty wont cover it. Tony
