| Loadspace Courtesy Lighting (lack of?) |
|
Hi all, I have a 2005 SE, and having only owned it for a week or so I am still finding my way around its bits and pieces.
What I do find a bit odd and not very well thought out is the apparent lack of a courtesy light to light up the bootspace at night when the tailgate is opened.
There are two rows of central courtesy lights that come on when the doors etc are opened, but the 3rd row lights which are positioned next to the rear side windows only have a 2 position switch, on or offf??
To turn them on when accessing the boot is almost an impossible stretch so you have to go in via the side doors and switch on!
Any tips to what I am doing wrong or is this just a poor design oversight, cheers in advance guys
