Hi,if you have not already done so, check fuses 67 and 68 (I think)

and have the codes read for any faults.

Both fuse 67/68 is in good condition, unfortunately I have limited OBD II reader from icarsoft. When I use it, it's saying failed to communicate with ECU when I select category related with bluetooth phone, entertainment, audio, navigation, etc

Dear All

I disconnect both touch screen display and CD/DVD changer (head unit), but not sure which one is damaged? Is there a way to test these 2 items to identify which one is damaged?

Thanks

it'll almost certainly be the head unit and not the screen that's died.
I had the same problem and replacing the head was the cheapest way to fix it - start hunting on partfinder/ebay etc for a replacement.

Good luck.
