Tow bar query
Apologies if this is the wrong section.
I have searched for an answer but all threads seem to be very secretive (understandably).
I bought my vehicle in May, it has a Tow Trust tow bar fitted.
It was locked and didn't have a key. I bought a key and the locking mech works fine, I can unlock the barrel.
Once unlocked I can push the turn cap in, but I am unable to turn it....
I have sprayed all around the locking pin with WD40 and I have given the ball a persuasive tap to "loosen" things up.
Any tips to get it off, Folks?

Yes they’re up the road, very good customer service too. I was hoping the power of the internet may have a quick fix.
I’m assuming it slides out horizontally?
