| Tow hook key replacement? |

I managed to get a new towhook,and it got delivered today by good old Royal Mail...who decided to launch it onto the driveway by the looks of the packaging. Unfortunately the key was in the lock and has been sheared off inside the barrel.
I can still turn this with the remnants of the key, but can anyone PM me with the easiest way to replace the barrel? I have searched the forum and realise the instructions are not for public broadcast and that a new barrel is about £14.
