Towbar stolen
Stolen.
Regret to report some git has stolen the removable tow bar from my 2015 Discovery 4.
The vehicle was on my drive at the time but darkness masked the evil deed.
Now need to replace it..........anyone out there with a bar they don't use.....willing to pay going rate for a pristine model.
Just to mention i bought the vehicle a year ago without the hitch key and could not remove the bar!.
Hope to hear from you
Regards. Tv6p.

Get a heavy duty fixed bar if you don't remove the "removable" one it after every time you use it

I highly recommend fitting one of these once you have your new hitch, not only does it make it much harder to steal, but much less chance of it ever detaching whilst towing heavy loads.

It just bolts on underneath the towbar through two existing holes in the towbar receiver, its a 5 minute job to fit, you can also use security bolts rather than normal bolts which makes it much harder to remove.
