Watch out for pickpockets!!! We were there a couple of years ago, my wife had her purse stolen from her handbag and I had my wallet stolen from my pocket which was buttoned up! This all happened while travelling just one stop on a tram.
Beautiful place just a shame about all the thieving scumbags.
