My 05 manual ha developed a fault. Occasionally i get an E where the gear display is shortly followed by yellow park brake fault. it doesnt do it everytime i drive it, for example i went t the shops earlier and it did it on the way there but was fine on the way home. I thought it might be usual xy calibration but i noticed if you ive it power or let off power you can hear a clunk from the gearbox which to me sounds like play in the drivetrain for example. It only makes this noise when it is showing a fault.
Any ideas??
