| Transmission selector - all letters now red |

Hi all,
This is possibly a strange one.
My Discovery 4 (2013 with the 8 speed with 174k on the clock) has been sitting for quite a few months. It's on a trickle charger so the battery is fine - I started it earlier today and could see that all of the letters on the transmission P/D/N/R/S are all lit up red. It engages drive and reverse fine, I've moved it back and forth the drive, but not taken it out on the road yet as I need to tax it.
Any ideas? Is is just a symptom of it sitting for a while and getting confused?

Try a hard reset, see if that clears out the gremlins Gone 2016 Landmark D4
