Transmission Vibration possibly

Hi all, I have this problem with my LR3 Auto, appears when in a high gear under load conditions, say on a gradient or Motorway gradient,
where just prior to the Auto transmission selecting a lower gear, I experience a vibration. From my limited knowledge it’s nothing to do with balancing or wheel alignment, I have covered these possibilities, I have explained this symptom to a few mechanics, no one can come up with any conclusive resolve, other than, poss prop shaft imbalance, torque converter, gearbox oil.
One thing I will say, it appeared to be present just after I had my rear tyres changed, more than a year ago, which obviously they would have needed to jack the rear of the car up, but as I say I have swapped wheels around etc, to me it feels like engine to final drive somewhere, anyone experienced this.
Thanks for reading my post
Regards Ian

When driving at an average speed (70-90 km / h, smoothly and without accelerating), pay attention to the tachometer arrow, if it jumps - this is a malfunction of the torque сonverter.
